Eng Adebola Lamina
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Adebola Lamina graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of science (First Class Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Ibadan and an MBA from Lagos State University .
After graduation, he joined SIEMENS as a maintenance and commissioning engineer and he was part of the team that commissioned the 330/ 132KV Substation associated with Shiroro Hydro Electric power station
He later moved to the then National Electric power Authority as a Power systems protection engineer .He worked in diverse parts of Nigeria and in various segments of Nigerian power supply value chain
In his over thirty years power sector, he has designed and commissioned many Greenfield and bluefield Power projects including 132/34 KV substation in Tegina, Rehabilitation of 330/132KV GIS Substation, Aja, Reinforcement of 132/33KV Substation at Oworoshoki, Lagos, Rehabilitation of 330Kv An/Lekki/ Alagbon Lines.
In 2019, he was the project head of a team that constructed the first Substation in the country located in an Island – 132/33 KV substation at Ilashe Island, Lagos.
Engr Adebola Lamina is a sports enthusiast and an environmentalist.
Mrs Rukayat Adebola
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Rukayat Adebola is a lawyer and an administrator. She graduated from the university of Ilorin in 2011. She was called to the Nigerian bar in 2012 where she was awarded Bachelor of Law (B.L)
She is a partner at Space Rhyme Nigeria Limited, a property development and management Company.
Engr Ahmed Adetunji Kasali
Head (Power Projects)

Engr Ahmed Kasali attended the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State where he studied Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Power & Machines) and graduated in 2006. He later proceeded to Fountain University Osogbo Osun State. to study Physics & Electronics & awarded Bsc Hons. He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), a Member of Nigerian Association of Technologist in Engineering (NATE), a registered member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a registered member of Nigerian Electricity Management Service Agency (NEMSA). He has supervised many power projects in Nigeria including 500MW ISO Power Generation Plant. – 300MVA 330/132/33KV Substation GIS LEKKI LAGOS – Upgrading of Alagbon 2x 66MVA 132/33KV AIS Substation to 300MVA 330/132/33KV GIS, at Ikoyi LAGOS. and 330/132/33KV substation with 2x 300MVA Transformers at Oke Aro, Ogun State.
Engr Oladapo Towoju
GM – ENGINEERING DESIGN

Olaleye Oladapo Towoju attended Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti where he obtained Higher National
Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering in November 2001.
He later joined J.A.OJO & ASSOCIATES LIMITED, Akure, Ondo State as Site Supervisor in the construction of Ondo State Library Complex, Akure in 1997 and in Ogun State for the rehabilitation and asphalt overlay of Ilaro-Joga Orile road
He thereafter moved to join FIRST ARIORI INVESTMENT LIMITED, Ajah, Lagos a company that deals in property development and building construction. As a Civil Engineer, he among several other assignments supervised all the construction activities of the company
He later accepted an appointment with HENRIETTAS NIGERIA LIMITED, Portharcourt, Rivers State as Site Engineer in the construction of Rivers State Model Secondary School projects in Tai Local Government, Etche Local Government and Khana Local Government
He is presently the principal partner at DAPSON ENTERPRISES, where he has executed various construction projects including civil and structural works for power projects of which few of them are listed below:
Construction of private residential and commercial houses for various clients
Constructon of power switch yard equipment foundation for Eko Electricity Distribution Company in their various stations in Lagos State.
Construction of sub station and switch yard equipment foundation for Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Lagos Region at their various subregions, stations and substations
Construction of Loading and off-loading jetty for Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Lagos Region at TCN substation, Ilashe, Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area, Lagos State .
